I have searched Unity and cannot find anything that can tell me how to delete the following membership levels. Is there a way that I can do this? they are causing an issue with the way I am using memberships on my site.

Not that I am aware of, no. This has been discussed in the past and the devs said it coudn't be done - unless something has changed since then....... |

You can't delete them because they is part of dolphin core. PS: If possible do not write me personally, please try to ask on the forum first |
You can only disable promotional membership, which can be done at the top of the page. BoonEx Certified Host: Zarconia.net - Fully Supported Shared and Dedicated for Dolphin |
I have them disabled, however, people can still sign up under a plan other than the ones I have listed. Psalm 23 |
From your cpanel, go to phpmyadmin. Click on your Dolphin database, then sys_acl_levels. You will see all membership levels there, yours and the default. Choices include Active, Purchasable, Removable. Click on the edit icon for the ones you want to change. Rather than removing Standard completely, try switching Active from yes to no. Not sure, but unless you have heavily re-coded your site YOU MAY HAVE TO LEAVE NON-MEMBER ACTIVE in order for the home page and sign-up to work. (Removing all but the bare necessities from non-member actions in admin should take care of it. Basically, a visitor won't be able to do anything except sign up.) But as long as you have other options in place I don't think it would be a problem to deactivate Standard. Save your changes and do the usual cache cleaning. Promotion you can turn off from membership levels in admin. Someday, Someway. |
If you delete all predefined membership levels nobody can't promise your that your dolphin will work properly! PS: If possible do not write me personally, please try to ask on the forum first |
