 So deleted my admin account by accident. Lost all my videos, photos, blogs, etc.... :( Is there a way where I can import the old admin account from a sql backup that I have? if so, can someone give me a set of "dummy" instructions on how I can do this.

Yes, I know I did that...BUT...all the videos,photos,blogs, etc... that I uploaded to the site using the admin account disappeared. I want those back :(
