All DELETE buttons need to have a confirmation SCRIPT before deleting. I selected the wrong file and it deleted right aways instead of giving me a chance to cancel.
Delete buttons should never be without confirmations.

The script will usually ask for confirmation before deleting anything, but not all parts of the site (such as the member management page) includes this.
