Default profile type change?

Anyone know how to change the default profile types single/couple? For example if I wanted to change the default 'single' to 'athletes,' and 'couple' to 'fans'. Is this even possible? I've looked at the profile builder and didn't see an option for this.

Thanks

Please keep in mind - that the default "Couple" adds an option for another user entry on account creation. I have a similar scenario - Clients and Providers - and just created a new field with those options for a user to select one on account creation.

Yes, this was discussed recently in another topic.  There are some modules in the market, just search on profile.  No way built into Dolphin but there are modules to handle this.

Yes, I know that the second entry for couples is added. I need that option. The examples I gave are not the actual types I'm using. Actually, all I need to do is change the word 'single' to a different word & change the word 'couple' to different word and not add the second entry.

Then, at the bottom of the general info where it has 'sex' option - male/female, I would like to add couple as a third option there. If they select couple, then add the second entry.

I have searched the forums and could find what I was looking for specifically. It's been a couple years since I've been around here and a lot has changed, for the BETTER.

I do know about Anton's profile types splitter and am considering it, although it seems a bit much for what I need. I was just wondering if there was a simple way to do what I needed.
