Default date on join form

Hi, 

I'm curious where I can adjust the year in which the DateOfBirth calendar starts with. It always starts with the current month/day of 1991... I can't see where this is coming from. The DOB field has no default value set...

Any clues to where I can adjust this?

inc/js/jquery.webForms.js at about line 50. It is currently set to -22y which is 22 years back from current year. It is intended to be about the midway point between the min and max age allowed on your site.
