Dbase errors when delete spammer in admin

Hello and Good morning to everyone

Please help and tell me what to do as every time i went to admin /members to delete new members just join as they are spammers - i have this errors for every single spammers that I delete

Database error in Guitar Lessons at It's Best

Query:

DELETE FROM `bx_faq_fans` WHERE `confirmed` = 0 AND `id_profile` = 298

Mysql error: Table 'guitarel_newsite.bx_faq_fans' doesn't exist

Found error in the file '/home/guitarel/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolTwigModuleDb.php' at line 340.
Called 'query' function with erroneous argument #0.

The error is caused by a 3'rd party module. A search through these forums for bx_faq_fans found this topic http://www.boonex.com/forums/topic/Database-Error-when-Deleting-Unconfirmed-member.htm which indicates the problem is with the FAQ mod from MODS4DOLPHIN

Most likley will have to be uninstalled or reinstalled, or if it was present before you updated dolphin then you may need to obtain a updated version of that mod for your current version of dolphin.

I emailed Mods4Dolphin about the 7.1 update for the Faq module on 2-27-13. On this day he said the module would be updated in 2 weeks. It's been almost a month now, so maybe it's close to being done.

I sincerely apologize for the delay in upgrade. Are you trying the mod on 7.1? If yes, please don't do it as the mod is not compatible with 7.1 yet. If it's 7.0, then try downloading the latest FAQ module, the issue was already addressed in 7.0. PM us for any further issues....
