Quick question, I had a programmer transfer profiles into my new Dolphin 7 social/dating site, yet there were no zip codes, states, etc. transferred successfully. Now I can't reach him and it has been several weeks since my site has been 'on hold' waiting for his reply.
I have over 8,000 profiles on my site, however, you cannot search a profile locally. The zip code/location fields are not present in this database so I believe I need to go back into my database and create a "zip code and state field" then add the "zip code" search feature/module to my site. This would be ideal...I just don't know if that is possible, and if it is, how is it done?...at a loss... :(
Goal:
1. Create a zip code and/or state field in my database, then import/populate that data.
2. Create the search function on my site to be able to find profiles locally, via zip or city or state.
Suggestions please???? HELP!!!!
