Database Query Error During Forum Module Install

I try to install the Forum module (Orca) in D7.1.4 but got this error below, the history was I uninstalled a forum mod from Script and install Orca.

Database error in BVK

Query:

INSERT INTO `sys_localization_keys`(`IDCategory`, `Key`) VALUES('60', '_sys_module_forum')

Mysql error: Duplicate entry '_sys_module_forum' for key 'Key'

Found error in the file '/home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx.com/inc/classes/BxDolInstaller.php' at line 649.
Called 'db_res' function with erroneous argument #0.

Duplicate entry.

Your site already has a language key named _sys_module_forum

so should I delete that key and install the forum again?
