D7.0.9 error viewing posts within blogs for users who are not register

I'm in trouble so every user who has account on my site can see the blog post now usually every user who enters the site and has no regard to time you will see a blog post without being logged into the site template is broken whole.

img1.png is a print when a user is logged in he can see everything normal template without getting everything messy and broken

img2.png is a print when a user has no account on the site are not logged in and it accesses the area of blogs and then click on a post the url template opens with normal normal over the template is broken and everything is messed up

what could this be?

Turn off JS/CSS compression in the advanced options. Then clear the cache. If that doesn't work trying turning off all the caching completely.

for those who have the same problem just go to options <advanced in dolphin and then go <template <Enable compression for JS / CSS files (cache Should be enabled) and disable this option and then clear the entire cache of the site and done the error will go away thanks for the help
