D7.0.4 - Error Producing Security Image

Hi,

I have been searching the forums and searching the net trying to figure out why this is happening and still am unable to fix. I have both GD and image magic installed and am still getting this error on signup page. Everything else seems to be in working order except for this. My server admin and i were able to get rms installed and working and were able to get the box configured as described for server hosting requirements.

Did we maybe miss something?

just a suggestion,

recompile --with-gd --with-ImageMagick

it completely appears that the image is not processing

I tried that and still no go. This is a brand new server too and i don't understand it. It appears we are having a bit of trouble getting java installed on this box as well for the rms. I would hire someone to do this but because of Christmas and having 2 children my bank account is down to 30 dollars and everyone wants at least 100 dollars or more to solve these issues. I may have to wait until March to re launch my site due to access to funds.

Thanks for all the positive input everyone! This issue is being resolved as i have someone in that box now fixing the captcha issue as well as the java issue for the rms. Happy Holidays Everyone!

Hi,

After spending the evening chatting with DosDawg and working with him my issues have all been resolved. He spent the entire evening working on my server making sure everything was in order for my site to launch using Dolphin. This man is very smart and helped me a lot. Now my rms is working perfect and captcha as well and he has gone ahead and set other settings that i missed in my server setup. I am truely grateful for all that he has done to assist me with my project.
