D7.0.1 - New members can't join?!?

Hi! Dont know what to do... Today i try to register my sister at my site (http://kendero.com) i fill up all join fields and press "Join now", but nothing huppen!?! I got this problem after i go from D7.0 to D7.0.1.......

I try it at Mozilla and Explorer, in forum i nothing found about it!

Can you help me please......

There are some changes to the Join process in 7.0.1. If you are using a custom template, then you will need to copy the templates/tmpl_uni/scripts/BxTemplJoinPageView.php to your custom template folder..

example:

templates/tmpl_mytemp/scripts/BxTemplJoinPageView.php

The join button in the promo banner has gone south for the winter. Others are also complaining (as I am). I temporarily solved the issue by placing the join block right smack in the top/middle of my index page.

Problem is not only with join button on promo banner!!! You can click any join link (join button, at login block or "Hello, Guest! Join Login" line), after when you fill up join form and click "Join now" button, nothing huppen....

Ok....! I think something go wrong at upgrade process! I delete my "live" website and install (not upgrade) new D7.0.1 version website! Now it working... But what go wrong when i upgrade old Kendero??? At upgrade process all was ok, no errors, no warnings!?! Now i need do all job from begining!!! How you think i will need to do this every time when new version comes....???

USERS CAN'T JOIN TO MY WEBSITE!!!

What is goin on???? I need again delete my working site and install new or....???? HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP........!!!!!
