Custom RSS for each Group

Is there a way to create a keyword specific RSS feed for each group? I understand that I may have to subscribe to a RSS feeder that supports Keyword specific seaches to get full articles on site. The reason I ask is because I tried to putting a RSS Block using page builder into View Group page. The block appears in all groups using the same Keyword specific Rss feed even though the other groups would find that keyword unrelated.

Please keep in mind - a member can Subscribe to a Group - in which they get an email. This may be more beneficial than the RSS feed - because of having to install an RSS reader, or just the sheer nature of dealing with RSS feeds (I personally hate em).
