Custom Profiles with html

I am looking for someone who can tell me how to let members edit their profile in html and normal text in the edit profile page. Put simply, I want members to be able to be create and change the whole layout if they wish. If anyone is willing to help me with this that would be great. I do not want someone to do it for me. I would like step by instructions to do it myself. 

The profile customiser is already a part of Dolphin, so install that module first thing.  Then there is the Profile Composer by AntonLV; http://www.boonex.com/m/Profile_Composer_2010_08_11.  There is also a composer for the account page, groups page, and blogs.  I have the Profile Composer and Groups Composer mods on my site and I am very pleased with them.

The profile composer will allow a user to move the blocks around, (keep in mind that if you have multiple columns the block when moves takes on the width of that column). remove the blocks from their page, change the privacy settings of the blocks, and they can add their own html, rss, and text blocks.
