Cron Jobs!?

I'm with Hostgator. I've had problems setting up the "Cron Jobs" It keeps spamming my email account every 15 minutes? Not sure this is working correctly? can some please help?

What's the content of these emails? If you don't want the cron job to be sending you things like periodic reports, you can silence it by adding the following to the end of the command:

>/dev/null 2>&1

You won't get any output or error reports, though, so if you're having problems with cron-related tasks (such as video processing), you'll want to undo this in order to investigate.

need to know what the message reads. Don't silence it without solving the problem, it can mess up with some important functions of the community
