Cron Deamon Warning! Cannot evaluate Menu Cache.

I keep getting this message emailed to me, i havent messed with the cron jobs and they suddenly started giving this error, can anyone help me out please?

These are my two cron jobs:

/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/fuimpost/public_html/dolphin/Dolphin-v.7.1.4/periodic/cron.php

and

/usr/bin/php -q /home/fuimpost/public_html/dolphin/Dolphin-v.7.1.4/periodic/cron.php

and yes they are pointed to the correct files and folders, they were working great until last night, they suddenly started giving me this error:

"<b>Warning!</b> Cannot evaluate Menu Cache."

My inbox fills up with these and i havent yet figured out what is wrong.

You only need one cron job.  My guess is that one of them is inaccurate.

Have you cleaned /cache and /cache_public and your admin, tools, cache, clear all?
