When creating a NEW_ITEM, saving it does nothing. The Field remains blank, it is not being saved. Is this a bug?

I am having the same problem with 7.0.3. I drag in a NEW_ITEM, make my changes and select save. The system process for a bit, an just returns, the dialogs does not go away. I have tried using chrome, firefox and even IE, all with the same outcome. Is there a work around for this issue? TIA |

Yes I have the problems too. The interface For Field additions is completely useless in 7.0.3 so must add profile fields through database. I did a schema change search and it looks like:
Profiles
Sys_profile_fields
sys_options
Can anyone confirm that these are in fact the tables will we need to modify to manually add profile fields? Just want to make sure I dont miss anything then have problems later down the road.
