Create a better template

I would like to create a template cooler than I have now. More transparent and more readable for users. For example, I like the combination of colors in this template:

is it possible to do something like that on Dolphin?

I don't know why not......Pretty much anything is possible with HTML-CSS from the most complex to simplistic design.

It all depends on- Time & Knowledge/Skills.....if you have little of these, then- $$$$$$$ X~)
