Yes, unless something isn't working properly on your site.

Those are the basic settings. Yes. They are fine.

File is the standard cache method. Dolphin also supports memcache, APC and XCache. If you have any of those installed then change from File to the cache matching what you have installed.

If you don't know, look at the cache engines tab and see if dolphin detects one of those. If not then stick with what you currently have it set to.

However, performance and speed can be increased if one of the others are installed. That is if you have a dedicated or VPS you can install them on. Consult your host for help on installing one of the cache engines on your server.

Oh, and also note.

If you have not actually finished setting up your site, then turn them all off. Caching should not be enabled until you are finished with your site. Caching interferes with changes to the sites css, templates, ect. It's best they stay off until the site is done.

That bottom settings for compression is useless unless the cache is on, so shut it off.

Also note. You should not have to shut off the page block cache. Each page block has it's own cache setting in the page builders when you edit the block. So if your having problems with a specific block then edit the block in page builder and check it's settings there. Should be 0 to shut off the cache for a individual block.

Also. Always clear the cache when you notice issues like that. For example. If you have the settings on a week ago, but then shut them off. And then say a week later you turn them back on and you did not clear the cache, then week old cache files may still be lingering. Always clear the cache after making any changes. Thats why i suggest never turn them on until your done with your site.

what kind of server is this? Your private server?

You have xcache installed? I had some weird experience with it before. Post a screenshot of the cache engines page and did you tried clearing cache. If you did, the changes just return back automatically just after clearing cache or later.

so much to do....
