Copyright 2010 (c) Your Company issue.

I changed this and replaced the "Your Company" in the "Langs" file with my Company Name, but some of the pages are displaying the "Your Company" instead of what I changed it to,  such as in the Sound area, or video area.  Is there another place where also needs to be updated?

did you clear all your cache?

If you did it correctly it should work fine. Are you using d7.0.4 or 7.0.3?

you should never edit the words directly in the en. file     administration/settings     language settings

I've looked all through the administration menus and I can't find where to clear the cache.
