Contact Us Missing From Page Builder

How do we add the existing Contact Us page to the Page Builder?

The contact us is a stand-along php file.  If you want to add things to the page, you will need to add the code to the php file.

You added this for me one time for another site. Do you mind sharing how you did this?

Meanwhile I will check the database to see if it is in there.

I forgot i did that. Took forever to find it.

There used to be a way on boonex for me to get a list of all of my posts in chronological order, but i can't even seem to do that now either. Guess maybe i should start a archive of all my posts where i posted code.

Yes, I remember that and I have not been here that long.  I use a search engine and include my user name to try to find posts that I need again.
