Collapsing page block

Out of interest, has anyone tackled this already?

Option to have a 'collapse/expand' button in the top bar of page blocks...

plus admin option to set individual ones to open or closed by default.

Would be a very handy feature...

seems something has been looked at before, its listed as a feature in this mod, but the demo doesnt work anymore...
