Codes want stay put

7.0.2 version

When changing a code from false to true in c-panel it saves and I go into the site check, it works!

Next day I find out that it resets itself back to the way it was. This has happened on 2 of my sites.

Any suggestions?

My cache is disabled in admin.

Its to keep the photo upload mandatory in the sign up. Its a real simple fix in 7.0.2 to just change a little code frome false to true, and everything works, but it keeps resetting itself back to false.

I havent had this problem with changing any other codes in the c-panel(and there is a lot)

Any direction would be great!

delete sys_profile_fields.inc from the /cache directory

Yes, I've seen that, and that is probably what I do, but the fix is easy in the c-panel, and it works. I checked it out, but then after I log off, and come back in the next day the settings revert back to the same. so now it is more than the fix, I am now wanting to know WHY?(typical,Never satisfied)
