Clicking on - PHOTOS FROM THIS ALBUM -

When I am viewing a photo then I go to click on a photo from photos from this album it doesn't take

me to that photo but another page of photos from same album. is this how it works ?

Yes, the thumbnails in that album strip do not link to the individual photos but to a browse page of all the photos in the album.  Then from that page you can click and view the photo.

Using Firebug, I looked at the code.  Each of the thumbnails are individual thumbnails but there is no link on any of them.  The division holding the thumbnails has an onclick to take you to the browse page.  Of course the album strip would have to allow one to scroll the strip if one did decided to recode it.

I added a slideshow viewer to the browse photos in the album page; plus, clicking on each image on the browse page will open it up using fancybox.  To view the slideshow, I added a button on the browse photos in this album page.  Those two things added greatly to viewing images on my site and the fancybox code will allow it on the home page as well.

geek_girl would you mind sharing the code changes you did for photos? I'm trying to simplify it as well, as the current form involves too many pages.

 I just changed the thumbnails for the browse page, not the album strip.  If you want that changed, I would have to look into it and I am rather busy so it might take awhile.
