Click on Banners

I placed some banners on my site and I put the url in admin section to activate the click facility, however it is showing some counts on click, but the moment I click on any of the banner from my system it is not counting my click. I cross checked it in database it is not showing my IP Address there. I am bit confused it is counting correctly or not...? If yes then why it is not showing my IP address in database...!!!

If your speaking of "Banners" in basic settings, no, you cannot depend on the banner count. Could you elaborate more.

I am talking about the Banners in Tools section. It is showing the some Click counts in Admin section, but it is not showing my count (IP Address) in database. Please find the attached screen shot.
