Clarification on store modual

Ok I have read the sticky above for the store mod. Just to make sure I understand this right. The admin is the only one that can put things in the store for sale and have it go to shoping cart and process through paypal. Members can use it but they have to put thier own paypal button in the html editor to get customers to process through thier paypal. Is this correct?

No, admin is not Only one, and other allowed members (by default  - All) can create new products here.

So any member can sell with something. Of course you can restrict it via membership levels.

Any member can have own payment settings.
