Chat/video settings not working for non-members

Hi,

I have set the membership actions for non-members to allow access to the chat module, this works as I would expect it to, however, in the Chat Admin, I've set the permissions for Non-Members to allow them to cast and watch video however they are still not able to cast video. They get a message saying that they need to join if they want to do this...

Any suggestions would be appreciated...

I've even tried adding the values manually to the RayChatMemberships  table but it still prompts that membership is required...

Any thoughts? I've sent a msg to Rayz to see if he can shed some light...

I am not sure about 7.1 cause I still use 7.09. From what I can remeber from when I did use Rayz chat, to allow non members to chat you just had to go to   your site, then admin panel, then settings, then manage membership levels.

scroll to the bottom click on "Actions" next to "Non-member", scroll down and tick the box that says "use chat". then guest with no account will be prompted to input a username as a guest when they go to your chat on your site.
