Chat not working

if I go to open the chat it opens but sits there forever loading. It never loads.

I have looked at 123 flash chat, but I can not even get that installed.

Can anybody throw some light on either of these problems, or perhaps another chat I could use

well that is a bit beyond me. I have no idea what my servers ip address is.

if you have a MS Windows follow these steps :

1. Click start button -> Run -> cmd

2. Enter there : ping my_site.com

3. You can watch you site's IP

You didnt state if you had a dedicated server for your web hosting or not. If your web hosting is a 'shared' environment, you will need to contact your hosting company to get RMS IP address and ports (if they offer it)
