Hello when im logged into my website i cannot get the chat screen to load but when i enter the chat as a guest the chat loads perfectly and will only log me in as a member when i click on cast video and the confirmation click ok to login to site i then have to go to chat again and then it recognises me as a member
anyone have any ideas why this is happening
i had to remove remove flash/modules/chat/pluginsAdmin/RzMembershipsAdmin.swf and flash/modules/chat/plugins/RzMembershipsChat.swf files from my site. as before it wasnt putting user into lobby for anything to work
i have tried re-installing all files and mod but still no change
everything works fine in admin
