I want my community to have a black background. How do I acheive this?

templates -> base -> css -> common.css

font-family:Verdana,Arial;
font-size:11px;
color:#333333;
background-color:#000000;
margin:0px;
padding:0 0 50px 0;
}

clear the cache!
