 Where do I change the design of the Profile Fields Block ? (viewed at profiles pages) The current block has much space between the lines. I did not find the file that contains the html and css file that creates visual of this block within a profile.

Look in forms_advance.css. You will have to play around with several of the classes. The best way to play with this is to turn off css caching and then use the Firebug plugin for FireFox; or you can use inspect element in Chrome, and that way you can make changes to the css and see what is affecting what.
