Change the video uploaders order?

Where can i change the order.

I would like to have like this...

Embed (default)
Record
Regular
Flash

and make embed as default.  Where can i do that?

Is it tricky to do this?  :/

should be fairly simple, would just need to change the order of the array, i do not think there is any sequential order that they are written in.
