Change text color on JOIN / LOGIN buttons?

How can I change the font color, of the JOIN and LOGIN buttons,  on the index promo?

Go to "/templates/base/css/top_menu.css"

Around line 362 you will find the following........

.sys_tm_actions .bigJoinButton {
    color: #990000;
}
.sys_tm_actions .bigLoginButton {
    color: #009900;
}

You can change the colors there.

Commonly - inspecting any element and play with styles is very easy process. Just install firebug extension for firefox and enable it.

And it will help you to locate styles of any element at page.

Ta for reply - yes have cleared cache. Custom template, free one dark. The css on this new template just points to the base, so all should be same????

edited css, and put links to black, but still white.

clear your browser cache? And you sure you done it correctly? 

hi yep cache cleared correctly, also tried via ftp. no change.
