Change files name on nav bar

How how do i change the name files to share on the navigation menu , many thanks

Not sure what you are asking, can you be more specific. Do you want to change the Top Navigation titles to something other than what they presently say. Example Change the word "Groups" into " Band Together" or do you want to change the names of the dropdown links under the main title. Or do you want to make some of those disappear, or do you want to restrict access to those areas by membership levels? You need to be specific to get the right answers.

If you are talking about the top nav menu, If you look at the items by clicking on them, you will find the language key they use; files in the top menu is:

_bx_files_top_menu_item

So if you go to the language settings and put that in the filter box and click the checkbox, you will see the key come up.  Click the edit link beside the key and you can change it to whatever you like.
