Change block template

I have search but i dont found the block template (design) ^^'

For change the template

There is a lot of css involved for changing those blocks.

Here is a tip. Use firefox and get the firebug plugin for firefox. Then turn off css caching in admin. From there it's just a matter of right clicking on any area you want to change, select inspect element and the firebug plugin will show you the css involved and what file it is in.

Thank you; but this is only for the css (color, size etc..) but i want change the design with paint. Can I?

Some of the css points to images. Mostly the header. So yes, you replace the image with your own.
