Change Number of Public Photos

I've looked all through the options and cannot find anything on how to change the default number of public photos show.  Currently it only shows 8 which leaves two spaces open.  I want to show 10 so that spaces are filled.  Any help would be appreciated.

If your talking about the number of photos on your index page its located in the Dolphin admin panel under modules--> photos
