Change Button Texts?

Such as "Videos" "Forums" "Store", anyway to change those such as "Supermarket", "Reels", Q&A's?

It's all in the language keys. For each of the words in the menu though, there are a TON of language keys for them. If you want to rename them entirely, you'll have to change all of them anyway, but if you want to only change the labels on the menu, you can find the exact language key for them by looking in the navigation menu builder. Go to admin>builders>nav menu and click the one you are wanting to change. The language key will be in the pop up box. Make a note of that and then go to language keys. When you search for the menu name, use the lang key you discovered earlier to find the exact one.

Also if you want to change what they say on just the navigation menu you can go to Builders/ Navigation menu in the admin panel.  This is where you can rearrange the order of tabs.  If you wanted to change the name of the "videos" tab you can simply click on "videos" in the menu builder, rename it there, and save.

I've found that changing them just there , frustratingly, doesn't necessarily change how they appear on the site. I still had to change the lang keys to get my changes in the builder to show up on the site.
