Categories block on video and photo home page

Is there anyway to make it so people can see the video categories on the video homepage and the photo categories on the photo homepage?

go to page builder and drag and drop.

There is no categories block on my videos home or photos home in page builder. Only tags block. I'm trying to get the effect that tube sites have. Most of them have a list of categories next to the videos on the video homepage.
