Categories Settings , Pending Approval please help

Hi in my categories section under Pending Approval there is a whole list named Profile Photos(bx_photos) , what are they as i cant view them only a delete option please help , many thanks added a screenshot

they could be added manually when uploading a photo. And yes... you can only delete them!

you can also look in sys_categories table and look for type bx_photo and active = 0 and delete them there.

Always back up DB or table when making changes.
