Cant install module

I try to install the module, but i get this message

Cannot install module from "andrew/birthblock/" directory Failed

so why i get this messsage and how this fix?

Open block and read the reason why module failled to install.

click + sign on right side

maybe file or folder permission.

 i open that but there is no read anything

check mod config file if version matches your site version.
maybe send email to andrew he will help you.

Make sure the module's path looks like this:

/modules/andrew/birthblock/
