Why this not work i have 7.1.3 version i update this and now not work anymore

Did you complete the manual steps at the end of the upgrade?  You need to edit /inc/header.inc.php to specify the new version.

Then go into the modules add and manage section and find out what version of the shoutbox module is currently on the site.

The only other possible explanation is you have a crappy FTP client that did not upload all of the files, so the old version is still on the site. And if that happens, then there is a very high risk that other files that were part of the update also did not get uploaded.

Step one of the instructions state this. Make sure that old files were REALLY replaced - site can become nonfunctional at all if old files are still in place.

As Deano said, what's the version of the Shoutbox module listed?

 1.1.3 version

In the folder modules/boonex/shoutbox/install there is a file called config.php Can you upload or make a screenshot of that file.

Also, have you checked the file permissions for that folder (and made sure when uploading you did not use binary mode).

If nothing works, I would move the shoutbox folder to a different location and copy the shoutbox folder from a newly downloaded full version of Dolphin to replace the moved folder.

If it is currently installed, first backup your tables and uninstall the shoutbox before moving things around

works now fine not know what was wrong.

Glad to hear it is working now.  I am dumping Filezilla; I have had it to skip over files during an upload.  Also, the file transfer settings will just change on their own.  I had to reset some file transfer settings the other day that reverted back to default.

 What ftp client you use now?
