Cannot upload profile picture when joining

Hi my members are having trouble uploading a profile pic.  when you join you have the option to upload a pic but when you do it does not show up and there is no where to edit or add photos like dolphin 6 use to have does anyone else have this issue?

Quick Question when you select browse(in Avatar)  and you hard drive opens you select  the photo you want are you then hitting open reason why i ask because I had the same issues and it would not allow me to upload photo when i clicked on open I would have to double click on the photo then it would set it as an avatar

when i select the photo and hit open it will go back to the join area to continue with signing up here you can see for yourself go to my site www.tomaradionetwork.com/home

I've just checked cropping avatar functionality - and it is working fine.

The following site:

has problems with custom template, crop avatar is not working correctly. On the same site but with UNI template it is working without any problem. I suggest you to ask template author to fix this problem.

My profile pics are also not uploading.

I checked the folder on the server, and it appears they're not even making it to the server (ie, not uploading at all).

Does anyone have an idea of how to correct this problem?
