Cannot download the "Like" package

I just bought the package "like" button from micliz, and I don't know how to download it from my computer to my website! I tried to download from admin>modules but I got messages like "cannot unarchive" and "cannot access ftp" (yes I had my name and password inserted). Is there a way to do it by going into my server cpanel files and downloading it from there? Thanks!

You'll have to upload the files to your /modules/ directory, like so:

/modules/[vendor]/[module]/

You can unzip the archive locally and upload the files with a FTP client. You can also upload the archive through cPanel's file manager and extract its contents through there, as well.

Thx, one more question. Do I need to download it into the "vote.php" file to overwrite it, or just delete this file or what? Sorry I'm ignorant and  need a detailed roadmap!

If this isn't a standard module and is actually a modification to other files, you'll need to follow the directions provided with the download. I've never heard of this modification, so I don't know the exact specifics.

A readme.txt file is included with the package detailing very precisely the 5 (5.2) steps to complete the installation. This is not simply a module install. Full details are in the readme document.

Don't worry about it - it'll all become clear.
