Cannot block members in chat?

I KNOW the option was there to block members, but it's gone. I'm runnning 7.0.4, can anyone else confirm this?

What chat do you mean? (we have 3 different chats - simple, IM, Video chat). And another question: Do you can confirm this trouble  in boonex.us?

Sorry, I'm talking about a/v chat. Before there was an option to block members in chat, it's no longer there.
