Can't upload video

I have 7.1.4 and i can't upload video's.

Have other people the same problem?

the question is: is this a new issue or from start of site?

flash upload not working or all upload options?

please give us more details?

I started a new project on the video upload and selling videos.

Upload with HTML5 and direct progressing with ffmpeg, so that the video is direct online.

Sorry, i forgot to say...
Via pc is no problem, onnly via the mobile...
I have also 7.1.4 so normaly it must upload in the category i want.

Even very little files and with good working Network
I'm logged in and every goes fast... But not upload.

When i upload i see:

ERROR
Upload failed

Close 

You have not enough rights on your mobile phone or tablet to upload files?

Or, the mobile dont have flash install?

 How to change the rights?

Flash? on Iphone or android? Must everybody install flash?

I can do it on Facebook...
