Can't see H.264 video on IE 10

I can't see H.264 videos in Internet Explorer 10. Any fix for this?

Everyone got really excited about the HTML5 video only to find out that a dozen codecs could be expected.  A nice single open royalty-free codec for all; except it really is about making money.

I would post out on the IE forums and see what you can find out.
