Can't find Navigation Menu tab settings

I can't find the 'Navigation Menu tab settings.' Has this been moved? According to this document, http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/DolphinAdminAdvancedSettings, it's supposed to be under the 'Other' section. I can't find this a well.

Any help is appreciated.

in admin, go to settings, then templates, then settings tab (top right hand corner)

Thanks! The documentation is severely out of date. That is what I was going by.
