Can anyone tell why this is presenting incorrectly

It seems as if the back-end of my 713 site is still picking up some of the old 709 site when I click on a block in Pagebuilder so as to edit it.

It only seems to do this with Internet Explorer and rectifies itself when I refresh the page.

I have attached an example of the page displayed both correctly and incorrectly.

you can try clearing your browser cache:

ctrl+shift+del

or even your dns (in windows command prompt type:)

ipconfig /flushdns

Thanks ProfessorSr but neither of those worked.
