Can admin login as any user?

Hello,

I am looking for a way to allow the admin to log in as any user. I need this functionality because the admin on my dolphin website will need to be able to add a photo to any user's account based on information the user provides to the admin.

I suppose my main workaround would be to have the admin email the photo to the user and instruct them on how to upload it to their profile, but we would much rather allow the admin the opportunity to add the photo themself.

look for...... deano tool..... which i have installed. it has a feature which allow you to login as any member
