Does anyone know this Business or this person?????

I paid for the mod and they said they would install but they have not done so in 2 weeks and no answer to numerous e-mails?  Any thoughts?

ALSO what is the process to be able to lodge a complaint against a vendor if they just plain refuse to do what they have been paid to do?  

Does Boonex look into what happened ?  Is there a process?  This is the first time a person has not done what was asked with just about 20 MODS purchased..........AND I have no idea what or who to contact............about the lack of concern or action form the vendor.............

In my mind this means that they have no concern that there is a process or they would react BC they don't want to have that happen........

Please advise..............

If you're still able to, open a report with PayPal (or whoever you're using for a payment provider) and try to get your money returned. If you want to open a dispute with this person, you'll need to post in the disputes forum with credible evidence, etc. BoonEx usually only looks into things when they take the form of a dispute.

To file a complaint here, you should create a topic in the disputes forum (check) and provide as much information and evidence as possible. I also recommend you post messages between the seller and yourself if you still have them. Andrew will usually look into these disputes as they progress and will make a final verdict after looking through the provided evidence. If you want, you can also harass him by sending him a message.
