Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting ')' in /home/******/public_html/cache/sys_options_ae6e6c1cae4bc82012a28bd53b09d1af.php on line 269

did you delete the .htaccess file from cache? restoring that may fix it. |
Damaged sys_options cache file.
Turn off caching and then clear it again.

All I'm getting now is An unable to connect page but I have got ftp by the looks.

you can clear the cache via ftp, just be sure to leave htaccess intact. |

Could you tell me how or at least which files to go to please - I have public cache and cache?

Um. that really does not sound good. A problem within dolphin CANNOT affect cpanel. So if the problem truly has migrated to cpanel and it's not just as simple as panicking and typing wrong password so many times it locked you out, then i suspect something you don't want to hear.
But hopefully your cpanel problem is nothing more than a security lockout due to a panic attack. Or maybe your confusing the word cpanel with dolphin admin panel which are two different things, but i have seen the mistake before, so i had to mention it.

I have two sites that are obviously on the same server and when the first went it brought other down to. I have deleted all the files in the two cache files on one site accept htacess and it has'nt done anything looks as if i should have left well alone!
The only thing I can think of is the c/panel license has run out on one!
